Lien Stripping

The feeling of getting ready to close and get paid, and seeing the unexpected email from title saying there is a big lien can be damaging. Doesn't matter if its IRS liens, Child Support, Judgements, Vendor liens, and even Mortgages. We dropped and got reduced amounts every time. The only lien that we typically can't get reduced or dropped are tax liens. Code Violations are able to get reduced in Bertie's cities. Like Dallas code enforcement want all their change!! HAHA
